First maintainer-reviewed pass for SN46 (previously community-seeded/unreviewed, categories empty, no website/source-repo surfaces despite website_url/source_repo already being set). Added the missing website and source-repo surfaces. Fixed 4 surfaces having no probe config at all -- the registry-wide gap tracked in #5932. Diffed the full Zip Code Portal OpenAPI schema (41 paths): all /api/portal/* and /api/v1/real_estate/* routes require PortalJWT/PortalApiKey auth (explicitly declared in the schema); the parameterized model-detail and validation-history routes have no stable canonical value. Added one new surface: the dashboard-scoped OpenAPI document (distinct title/schema from the top-level portal one, already cited as a source_url throughout this file but never itself tracked).
